− Na chegada ao alojamento, à hora prevista para o check-in, não consegui aceder à chave. Contactei o número de telemóvel disponibilizado pelo alojamento, que se encontrava desligado. Após insistir algumas vezes, sem sucesso, reservei outro alojamento na mesma localidade. Quando a gestora do alojamento me contactou e lhe expliquei a situação, referiu que "eu não tinha nada que ter reservado outro". Recusou devolver o dinheiro da estadia. Sempre muito indelicada na comunicação.

Confortável, acolhedora, com tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias junto à Serra. Casa tradicional num bairro histórico, o que também é interessante.

Good location, clean and matches the photos.

− AC had some sort of timer and went off everytime we tried to turn it on. Not many kitchen amenities(no coffee maker as listed, portable eletric hot plates)
