9.0The hotel staff is very supportive , the room cleaning is very good, room service is also very good, location also very good nearby by bird senturay, Food is very good
Hotel should have better staff for support services.
3.0location was very good.
− Rooms very not clean. Unresponsive staff. Cooperation of the staff was very poor. The luggage had to be carried downstairs during check-out in the early hours. Nobody was available to put the luggage in the taxi.

− Finding the place was difficult. Not many signs to locate easily Entrance is not good, Needs to be better for such hotels.
