7.0家里是蛮大，有4个房，蛮干净，可是枕头和床很不舒服，洗澡水一般，客厅的冷气开了等于没开，因为完全不冷，而且一直自动停了，投诉了，可是没反应，重点是会在线下租户收两百块抵押金，这个才是重点。
− 线下跟我收了两百块抵押金说是退房那天5点会退给我，当天我老板和同事们都出去吃饭，留我一个人在民宿，我有事先跟房东通知了，让我在里面等我老板他们回来，才能把车开出去，其他的全部都依退房方式做了，房子里没有留下任何私人物品了，不影响打扫阿姨打扫，可是过了8点我查我的whatsap,, 房东竟然扣我的60块钱的deposit, 我当然不服气，就跟他们争取了退回全款deposit给我，结果9点多才收到全额退款，还好房东退回全款给我，不然我真觉得线下收deposit这样好像不太靠谱.
