Große Räume, zusätzliches Bad, praktische Ausstattung, unmittelbare Nähe zu ICERENTAL4X4 und damit auch via deren Shuttle zum Flughafen, trotzdem ruhig

− Bettwäsche etc war sauber, aber in Bad und Küche war es teils etwas schmuddelig, der Fußboden wirkte beim Barfußlaufen leicht klebrig

Comfortable night perfect for airport

The apartment was booked for one night as it is very close to the airport and we had an early flight to catch. When we arrived had a little trouble finding it but that may have been more to do with me. The apartment looked like ex military quarters but when we entered the hall it was very clean and tidy. The actual apartment was large and spotless clean comfortable and perfect for our needs with parking at the door. The party had different flights to catch and one took the hire car and we arranged a taxi for the airport as recommended by the host. The taxi arrived early was very good and helpful so an excellent recommendation. The apartment was perfect for our requirements but I believe if you wanted to tour the area it would also be perfect as it was well equipped with house dishes etc.

Nothing, we could not make use of the accomodation

− The accommodation was clearly not properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival. The beds were not made properly and had hairs from previous guests on them. There were no clean replacement sheets available, so we had no way to fix the situation ourselves. The rubbish bin had not been emptied, the toilet was unclean, and basic essentials were missing. Overall, the place felt unhygienic and not suitable to stay in. The worst part was that nobody answered the phone when we tried to contact the property, so we were left without help and had to find our own solution late at night. Because of these conditions, we could not use the reservation and had to leave. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless the cleaning and guest support are seriously improved.

Large space with 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer

− There was a significant mix up with entry protocol for apt 102 and 202. There were guests who were supposed to be in 102 in apt 202. They had been given instructions for entering both and had wrongly occupied our apt 202. When we couldn’t reach the owners by phone we simply switched apartments with is staying in 102. The owner’s ph # needs to be updated
