− De inrichting van appartement: zeer slecht zitcomfort en weinig keukeninrichting. Te weinig baddoeken en beddengoed, wat later op aanvraag wel gebracht is. Volledig ontbreken van richtlijnen, werking apparatuur en culturele bezienswaardigheden.
