1.0I got to the property and couldn’t get in, rang the number quite a few times before anyone answered to be told I couldn’t stay at the property as it’s closed for renovation, I was left stood with 5 13 year old girls with no where to go! He was rude and put the phone down on me.
Disappointing stay
3.0− False advertising as the hothub doesn't work and theres no wifi. The building leaks also leak
Ok for a one night crash place if going straight out, back late and out early next day,.
4.0House was value for money compared to hotel rooms per person. Location was easy walking to city. House met very basic needs for a crash pad to attend local gig. Good café 20 min walk for breakfast. Del Amis.
− House is in need of major work to be of a standard where a couple or group would want to spend multiple nights there and self catering. It is only suitable for somewhere to dump your stuff and head out. You wouldn't want to spend quality time in it. Cleaning and preparation work for guests arrival is minimal. This is apparent by the state of the oven (grease pools in the bottom) , freezer and dust, cigarette ash etc. see photos. There was no instructions to operate the oven, TV, WiFi (no password), air conditioning etc. Decking area has rotten planks that move when walking on, railings are broken and 30' drop the other side. Someone's old cardigan was left in one bathroom and middle bedroom had no curtains in a room that had wall to wall windows. Bed linen felt old and used, bobbly. Not a lot of furniture to sit on. Broken hanging chair bar stools and tired 3 seater sofa. Electrical socket hanging out of the wall on landing. Could be a really modern classy place if effort spent fixing it up before putting up for rent.
We went for holidays but it was stressful with kitchen and hurt by swing. Please guys maintain properly.
4.0Morden lifestyle stay. Beds are comfortable
− Kitchen is not clean at all, swing was not maintained my daughter got hurt immediately she sat on. Fridge, dish washer , cooker all was not working well and dirty. Bathroom tower hanger was also not fixed properly.

− Dirty floors and walls everywhere, the shower got stuck on and flooded the bathroom, Wifi was broken,hot tub was broken. There was other peoples food in the fridge and freezer and found dirty clothes in the wardrobe.
