1.0Got in to a window full of flies on window seals aswell on the floor an understand u get a few flies but had this problem before put something to stop flies and check before u let someone in would have been nice as flat is nice indide front door not so nice but spoilt our night i reporited this was told i was going to get a refund partialbut nothing obvoisly not intresedt in feed he recieves

5.0Nice and spacious
− Cleaners are a bit half arsed at their job, place was very dusty. Rooms weren’t finished, although I wasn’t staying in all 3 rooms it would still be appreciated to make a bit more of an effort and make the whole b&b look presentable. There’s quite a lack of appliances, 101 plates and bowls yet only 2 oven trays and 2 chopping knives. And I discovered a tray with layers of burnt grease in the oven that some imbecile left on the very top rack and caused the smoke alarm to go off and stink up the whole apartment which I had to deal with.
A little stay
6.03 bedrooms, location. Ease of coming and going. No check in
− A little dated, needed a few things fixing. The door seemed not to shut properly but they stated that it was due to be fixed and it was definitely safe so was ok in the end. Rubbish outside of property and on road. Parking was on a machine basis.

9.0The flat was lovely. Spotlessly clean. Warm. Easy to find. Tbh it’s a little gem! We will be staying again.
− The internal stairway let it down. This is out of the control of the flats owners. But once you get into the property it was absolutely lovely. I would recommend replacing the pillows but that’s just me being fussy. They were clean and maintained just a little a little flat. Thank you so much for offering such a spacious and modern accommodation 10/10

5.0Lounge and kitchen is a nice area to relax. Good shower
− Mattress was very uncomfortable in the main large bedroom. Resulting is really poor sleep all week. As too the pillows.
