− Το κατάλυμα στις φωτογραφίες εμφανίζεται ενιαίο πάνω κάτω ενώ στην πραγματικότητα είναι δύο διαφορετικά διαμερίσματα, το ένα από πάνω και το άλλο από κάτω. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στον πάνω όροφο. Επιπλέον ο χώρος πάρκινγκ είναι έξω από την οικία ( στο δρόμο) και όχι ο χώρος πάρκινγκ που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Επιπλέον υπάρχουν ντουλάπια στο χώρο της κουζίνας τα οποία είναι κλειστά με δεματικά και δεν δίνουν ωραία εικόνα στο κατάλυμα. Πιστεύω ,σαν οικογένεια με τέσσερα παιδιά που διαθέτω ότι πλήρωσα υπερβολική τιμή για ένα κατάλυμα που δεν παρείχε καμία υπηρεσία ( πρωινό , αλλαγή σεντονιών/ πετσετών κ.α.)
