1.0The location of the property was near to our wedding venue
− Property was not cleaned or prepared for our occupation even though we previously agreed an earlier check in. No information regarding main entrance key pad number, we had to ask a resident to let us in ! Wrong information regarding actual room key pad, had to call the owner. Decided not stay at the property following a discussion with the owner.
I’ll leave that up to you to decide.
5.0− For a self catering facility we expected to have proper cooking equipment and food prep utensils. No frying pan, dish for oven or microwave. No potato peeler cheese grater, ice cube tray. No egg cups, tea towel or kitchen hand towel. No toiletries as listed except hand soap on the bathroom sink. The towels given for two were one bath and one hand and not matching we found another set in a cupboard. There was no hairdryer. The two single beds put together to make a double were I’m sure very old, uncomfortable with squeaky springs. The bedding did not match and the pillows were two old smelly pillows put together. Neither televisions had good reception and cut in and out most of the time. There was no fan in the flat and the rooms hit at least 80 degrees. On informing the agent she admitted that the properties they manage were infrequently visited by them, she implied it was more the responsibility of the cleaners to report problems. She insisted there WAS a frying pan when there was not and they do not supply things like egg cups. We fail to see the point of self catering with a kitchen lacking basic facilities. Basically what was a good flat was let down for the sake of spending a small amount of money to on the facilities provided and add the necessary items to bring it up to scratch. What a shame.

was reasonably satisfactory - quite nervous about being able to get in the outside door to the flats
5.0The location for me was good. Opening the front door key pad was very tricky. The sheets and pillowcases were black - this was not at all nice as I was uncertain whether they were clean or not. The furniture was very flimsy. but was suitable for my overnight stay. TV good.
