La casa di zia Maria è molto ben curata ed accogliente, adatta per soggiorni anche lunghi, provvista di ogni comfort e nuova nell'arredo. Ha ottimi infissi ai balconi/finestre che, nonostante la posizione centralissima, la rendono silenziosa durante la notte. Io vi ho soggiornato con il mio compagno a fine giugno e, nonostante il caldo, si è dormito bene, perché i muri molto spessi e la posizione a piano terra permettono di trattenere il fresco (c'è anche l'aria condizionata). Luca, il proprietario, è un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. Che dire? Ci tornerei sicuramente.
− Da migliorare sarebbe solo la possibilità di avere un posto auto assicurato nei pressi, perché purtroppo il lungomare di Pozzuoli è molto molto trafficato e densamente frequentato specialmente nel weekend. Non c'è stato un giorno in cui non abbiamo trascorso almeno tre quarti d'ora in cerca di un parcheggio.
