Beautiful natural surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere, though some facility upgrades would improve the overall guest
5.0The property is located in a beautiful and peaceful natural setting, surrounded by trees and wildlife, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The heating worked well during our stay, and the accommodation was clean and generally well-maintained. The location offers a unique experience for those wanting to disconnect from busy city life and enjoy nature.
− The facilities are quite dated and could benefit from some upgrades. There are very limited cooking facilities, making it difficult to prepare meals during the stay. The property relies on rainwater, which may be unfamiliar for some guests and affected our overall comfort. The accommodation is also quite far from town, so guests need to plan ahead and bring everything they need before returning for the evening. The bedding could be refreshed or washed more thoroughly, as there was a noticeable lingering odour. Additionally, the beds were not particularly comfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep.
Comfortable house, perfectly situated for wildlife spotting.
10.0Large place, quiet natural setting, koala in the garden and nicely situated next to the wildlife reserve and a short drive from the ocean. We've seen Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies, Emu's and even 2 whales during our 3-day stay. The house is clean and comfortable, the host very friendly.
− Nothing really, perhaps an upgrade to the accommodation could be to add a stove for cooking.
