− Não tem o que comer a noite no hotel, tive que pedir lanche (não sei se tem no almoço, pois nao fiquei para descobrir) Para ir da piscina térmica para o quarto, tu quase morre de frio E eu tive que trocar meu próprio lençol e limpar o chão kkkkkkk

8.0Bom hotel, cama e chuveiro bons, café da manhã ótimo, atendeu as expectativas. Os quartos são um pouco longe da entrada do hotel, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.
− Tive um problema para acessar a sacada, a porta estava emperrada e não abriu. Os funcionários prontamente se dispuseram a verificar o problema, mas como eu estava cansada e ficaria somente uma noite, achei que não era necessário.

− As instalações estavam um pouco negligenciadas; o quarto estava deteriorado e úmido; o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando corretamente.

8.0Ambiente amigável. Acredito que a falta de manutenção por longo período tenha deixado cair o quão bom o hotel pode ser. É visível a falta de cuidados básicos estruturais.
− A televisão do quarto não é smartv. Poderia ter um sistema de canais que funciona. O banheiro fica muito úmido após os banhos, não tem ventilação suficiente. A estrutura de apoio ao redor da piscina aquecida pode ser mais completa, melhores cadeiras, mais mesas de jogos.
