Uncomfortable, no heating, no hot water.

− Everything. Rude staff, rude cleaner. We stayed for a short 2 days and had no heating and no hot water. The cleaner came and asked for money because we apparently left a mess in the kitchen so I called the landlord to say she was shouting at us and he said he will come and punch me. It’s not cosy at all, and it smells like curry. I’m providing a picture of how we left the kitchen and the cleaner pushed me because of it and said to pay her more money because she didn’t want to do her job.
