The property is in a modern town house in a residential neighbourhood. Plenty of room for a party of four - but would be cramped for more

− Overall, a feeling of lack of attention to detail and regular maintenance. For example: No welcoming pack or instructions on how to operate appliances. Lightbulb missing in the single bedside lamp and another light not working in kitchen. No bedside lamps at all in second bedroom Holes in plasterboard walls had not been repaired, Lack of kitchen utensils - eg no breadknife or spatula, Extractor fan over cooker not working. Garden was overgrown and charred logs from firepit still on garden seating, which was therefore unusable. No air conditioning in double bedroom. Fan provided was inadequate

Most enjoyable stay, great location and helpful host.

The location was fantastic. So central to everything we needed, whether you want to be close to Melbourne CBD or easy access to other suburbs. Spacious living for suburban location. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The property was great, nice location, clean, everything needed for a stay. Highly recommend. A few minor things that would have made it a 10 but really decent for what it was and the host was super quick and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

− No spare towels, face washers, hand wash and there was no mirror other than the bathroom one. Also, maybe just a selection of teas other than black tea.
