8.0Très bien situé face aux départs pour les îles.
− Un autre immeuble est en construction juste devant donc marteau piqueur géant qui fait un bruit phénoménal du matin au soir. Compliqué d’apprécier la piscine dans ces conditions.

2.0Lokalizacja o którą mi chodziło
− Obiekt nie był czysty o czym poinformowałam właściciela,wysłał ponownie Panią do sprzątania.Do tego było pełno jakiś chodzących robaków,brudne zasłony,widać niedokładnie sprzątanie.Brudne okna za łóżkami dosłownie syf,poduszki i kołdry śmierdziały.
Comfortable as long as you don't want to self cater
8.0We had a kettle ( though the first socket we plugged it into didn't work)plenty of room with great views . On street level there are restaurants, 2 24hr mini markets and 2 24hr laundrys. There is a direct walkway ( painted blue ) to the Jesselton mall.
− Though the apartment slept 5 we had 1 tea spoon, 1 spoon, 2 forks, 3 knives and 4 cups ! Would be difficult to self cater, though we ate out so it didn't bother us.

7.0Communication was great, location was good, security on building 24/7 and everything at your doorstep
− Apartment smelled of smoke when we arrived. Furniture was a bit old and could have had more kitchenware. Floorboards also a hazard as coming up in places
Everything good. Would recommend your place to family’s and friend.
9.0Comfortable and the view even better.
− The sofa. We sink a bit when we sat on it. The washing machine got a little bit of mole on the rubber but it can be clean asap.
