Family Friendly 4BR 2BA in Prime NYC Location♡

I cannot recommend this experience to others because it was not pleasant.

The size of the rooms.

− They didn't explain that it was on the 5th floor and didn't have an elevator. This made it difficult for those of us with large suitcases (23 kg per visitor) to get upstairs. When we arrived at the apartment, it was dusty, and the floors were dirty. The stairs were very narrow and dirty. In one of the bathrooms, the toilet seat was broken. On one of the bunk beds, the support bars kept falling off every time you sat down. The location is unsafe. If you want to take the train, you have to walk to the nearest station, a 20-minute walk. The route isn't very pleasant because of the locals who live in the area; it's not safe. There are buses nearby, but as a tourist, it's confusing since we're not familiar with the area. I tried calling and contacting them, but they didn't answer right away.

The location was fantastic and the super (Ray) was very friendly and kind, and gave us recommendations of where to go in the neighborhood. (They were fantastic suggestions, too!)

− The space wasn’t really set up like it was expecting travelers: there was no toilet paper (we had to go out and buy some as soon as we arrived), not enough towels (I don’t usually travel with towels unless I’m staying at a hostel, and this wasn’t advertised as that). There was lots of random products and clutter in the cabinets, but no trash bags or paper towels. The check out instructions weren’t sent to us until two hours PAST check out so we weren’t able to follow them (just pile towels in one spot and wash dishes). We had run the dishwasher but there wasn’t any soap so 😳. There weren’t any extra blankets, so thank god the heat worked!

Lokalita byla celkem OK. Počítali jsme s tím, že budeme trochu delší dobu dojíždět metrem. Ale šlo lokalita/ulici, kde bylo spíše více nebezpečno než bezpečno.

− UKLID!!! To byla kastrofa! Museli jsme sami byt uklidit!! O koupelnách ani nemluvím, to bylo nechutne. Mam foto. Majiteli jsem o úklidu ani uz nepsala, protoze jsem po něm chtěla vědět, kde najdu fen, kdyz ma byt součástí vybaveni a odepsal, ať prohledáme skřínky v koupelnách. To jsme logicky udělali jako prvni. Nasli jsme ho v kuchyni….. takze asi ani nema prehled, v jakem stavu jeho ubytovani je. Necekali jsme zadny luxus, celkove ocekavani podle fotek bylo ok( myslim pokoje), ale bordel pod postelemi, museli jsme si vytřít skříně, abychom si mohli uložit ciste oblečení, obě koupelny jsme museli uklidit.

Byt ma potencial.ale majitel by si mel kontrolovat uklidovou sluzbu, jak odvedla svou praci :(

Dobra klidna lokalita v Harlemu. Ulice uklizene, vsude super mexicke jidlo na ulici.

− Spina! Rucniky smrdely. Nefungujici elektrina v kuchyni ani plynovy sporak. Varili jsme na zemi na varici. Absence nadobi: jeden hrnec a jeste spinava panev z predchoziho vareni!

Nothing I didn’t even get to stay in the place bc they said I was too young and it never said nothing about 21 year or older anywhere they said I would have to have two adults and I got my aunts and then they said that’s to much people and they didn’t give us are money back or nothing they not answering the phone or messages this places is a scam they tried to make it seem like we stayed there so we didn’t get our money back I want my one thousand and four hundred back booking won’t give it back either for sum reason but don’t book here the person is rude through text and don’t respond.
