The location of this villa so nice and also very close to Kihim Beach which was a place on our list of places we wanted to visit. The villa itself is also absolutely massive with a lot of spacious rooms which was perfect for our family. We went for a nights stay and had the best experience. The pool was clean and usable as well and the caretakers along with this were very respectful.

nothing property was not to the expectation. upto 5 hours there was no light and generator was not operating properly they got a new generator only after 5 hours food was good

Nice and big property with 9bhk villa. Its well maintained property. The swimming pool water was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty. The surrounding was peaceful.

Nice property and it big also. Good for big group of people. The swimming pool and bedrooms was big and spacious. The Meal was tasty. Staff was helpful and available whenever needed.

Nothing I liked, it’s very different from the pictures, I had an extremely disappointing experience with this villa and would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking. Upon arrival, the property was in a completely unacceptable and unhygienic condition. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable. The bed sheets had clearly not been changed—they had visible stains and hair on them. There were also cigarette burn marks on the bedsheets and even on the sofa. The entire villa had a strong, unpleasant cigarette smell. The refrigerator was dirty, and there was no drinking water provided. Basic necessities were missing—there was no water supply in the bathrooms and no hot water at all. One of the most alarming issues was the bathroom condition. After flushing the toilet, dirty water started leaking from the wall tiles and spreading across the floor, which is a serious hygiene and health concern. Additionally, the entry gate was broken, raising safety concerns. Because of these extremely poor conditions, we did NOT stay at the villa and had to make alternate arrangements immediately. To make matters worse, the host, Amrit, was completely unresponsive and not supportive at all. There was no assistance or resolution offered. He had also previously suggested that I book the villa directly through him instead of using Booking.com, which raises serious concerns about professionalism and transparency. I have photo and video evidence of all the issues mentioned and am willing to share them if required. Overall, a very stressful and unacceptable experience.
