I did not think it was fair for me to pay for cleaning considering the condition of the house.
4.0Location was perfect for my event.
− Entering the home in the dark, we entered into an icky hallway, with an exposed cellar staircase below and cleaning mops and buckets on the landing of that staircase. The whole house smelled very strongly of a disinfectant. The light fixture in the half bath was full of dead bugs. There were live, beetle-like bugs in the kitchen and in the dining room light. The sheets in the first floor bedroom were worn, so the fitted sheet did not stay on the mattress. The full bath on the first floor had stain (or mildew) along the edge of the floor.
