Comfortable stay with a good location and the apartment is newly furnished and nice

− No coffee or tea despite around 20 tea cups. Despite indicating I didn’t speak Spanish all the most all the communication was in Spanish.

− Die Grösse, die Grösse der Betten, Ausstattung sehr mangelhaft (je ein kleines Shampoo und Duschgel für 4 Tage, keine Ablagefläche oder -haken für Toilettenartikel, Badetücher etc., nicht genügend Badetücher, auch nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen habe), Kundenservice machte Versprechungen, die er nicht eingehalten hat, kein Safe, kein Ganzkörperspiegel, etc.
