− Pick up key from store across street. Attendant did not know where we could enter the building as only given key to mind on his first day at work. Complex security access systems without instructions. Cupboard & refrigerator full of opened used condiments. No normal tea or coffee available. no upper sheet on bed. 3 Pillows in wardrobe, two without pillow slips and one stained and damp. No access to free to air TV or at least no instructions for same. Single thin towels.

− Location to collect the key on arrival was challenging. Much easier if it could be collected at reception on check in.
Great stay, we really loved it. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
