9.0Absolutely everything. Located amongst vineyards, close to wine and dairy products farm shops. 5 minutes, by car, from Italian bar and small food shops. 10 minutes from bigger shops such as CONAD, plus everything else a clean and lovely town can offer in Italy. Lovely fields of sunflowers fields, like a postcard. Very clean throughout; extremely comfortable and 2 superking-size beds. New oven and fully equipped kitchen. Great shower. Enjoyed the outside and had my family over for dinner. Wonderful stay!!! Very professional and kind host. Very effective air conditioners in each bedroomfor extremelycomfortable night, which didn't need to stay on during the day, because we were out, and cooled down the bedrooms rooms in no time. Wonderful atmosphere.The host made us feel at home and welcomed us with supply of coffee, tea, milk and snacks. We will certainly stay da Tommy again

8.0Plenty of space is the renovated house with two large double rooms. Very convenient self check-in. Very good and friendly communications with the owner. Great to have thee and coffee there for use. Loved the outside seating area.

− Really difficult to find.better signage that is visible. We spent an hr trying to locate the building with limited wifi access .

− Difficulties to find the house in the dark, the position on the map was not marked exactly, but the host helped us to save the problem!
