− Paredes con humedad El jacuzzi estaba lleno de cucarachas muertas y no se limpiaba desde que se compró. Llegamos y todo estaba lleno de cucarachas por todos lados muchísimas Un agujero en el patio que daba a el pozo de aguas residuales y por ahí era por donde salía las cucarachas Tuvimos que limpiar nosotros ya que el personal llegó a las 19:30 Y un sin fin de cosas muy mal Debería de actualizar las fotos para que viesen como está realmente

10.0El lugar de la casa excepcional, vistas impresionantes. Además ahora en este mes de Junio fresca, corría una brisa por la noche y se dormía de maravilla sin necesidad de ventiladores ni aire acondicionado
− Las cucarachas, aunque no es problema de la casa, hay muchas en la zona de Orzola, pero bueno tampoco ha sido una gran molestia.

− Cucarachas en todo el alojamiento, agua marrón, sofá con agujeros, paredes con moho, porticones rotos, apenas se podía abrir y cerrar la puerta de la calle ¿Sigo?....

1.0A fantastic view and a great location away from the typical holiday locations in Lanzarote.
− Property itself has potential. Unfortunately we arrived to find cockroaches scuttling around the ground floor and basement floor bedroom . Not great arriving at 10pm and having to try and chase down and eliminate cockroaches. The patio outside was full of them when it got dark. The bed linen was damp which created a lot of dissatisfaction and there was mould on the walls . Furniture was tatty. We immediately contacted Booking and the owner. First time I’ve had to do this. The first night we arrived late so we had no other option but to stay. I couldn’t convince any of the family to stay any longer so we moved out of the accommodation the next morning and found alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. The owner seemed very reluctant to acknowledge the problems and has refused to give us any money back because they apparently couldn’t be sure of why we didn’t want to stay!!!
