− Olor en las escaleras a basura ruído en la calle de noche y falta de mantenimiento paredes techos etc Por otro lado en la terraza en las fotos se mostraban un sofá hecho con palets con una funda por encima y solo estaban los palets con lo cual no té podías sentar , solo había dos sillas y una mesa , tampoco estaban las tumbonas de la foto.
Très bien situé
7.0Très bonne communication avec les hôtes. Le retrait des clés se fait confortablement en autonomie. L'emplacement de l'appartement sur le presqu'il et juste parfait. La terrasse est très jolie et ensoleillée dans l'après-midi. Au calme. La literie est très bien, très propre, de bonne qualité. Vu l'emplacement on aurait pu craindre la moisissure, mais tout est propre et impeccable.
− Le charme de la maison est là, mais l'équipement est super minimaliste. Par exemple, pas de couvercle sur la poubelle, pas de passoire pour fait les pates. Pas de condiments de base : pas de sel, pas d'huile, effectivement ce n'est pas une obligation mais on le retrouve souvent dans les locations ailleurs. Tout aurait être bien mais il manque toujours quelque chose. Le salon au dernier étage n'a pas suffisamment d'ampoules pour être correctement éclairé. Le chauffage d'appoint a des roulettes cassées, donc ça tient mais bancale.
