− عدم الاستجابة السريعة للخدمة النزلاء...حيث لا يتم تنفيذ طلبك الا بعد عدة اتصالات...مثل تنظيف الغرفه وطلب الماء وكذلك حمل الامتعة

It was a really good stay and a well-run hotel. I would definitely come back!
10.0Had a really nice stay here. You can easily tell the management is working hard to keep the place great. The suite was super clean, very quiet, and a great size for the family. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team. The location is in a perfect spot right on Al-Soudah Road, making it easy to get around, and the swimming pool hours are great for the kids.
− The only issue is the gym hours. Right now, the gym is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, but it would be much better if it opened earlier, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for a morning workout.
