− Nonostante avessi prenotato con poco anticipo, comunque mi sono presentato in orario di check-in ma nessuno ha risposto né al citofono, né al cellulare e poi dopo più di un ora mi viene detto, da Booking, che la struttura non era più disponibile. Avrebbero fatto più bella figura a rispondere subito!

− Leider war der Check-In eine kleine Suche. Niemanden erreicht und gefunden. Mit Hilfe von Einheimischen haben wir es dann gefunden. Auto muss in der unteren Strasse stehen bleiben, da Gasse zu eng.
