3.0Location, car park and the owner was responsive
− The flat was dirty. The sheets on the bed were covered in hairs (the owner provided a new set for us to change on day two), mold and old food in the draining board in the kitchen, and the kitchen sponge was covered in old food. The sofa in the lounge and the duvet cover were covered in stains.The shower didn't have much pressure and the drain was blocked. The soundproofing of the flat was poor and we were kept awake at night by screaming children. The doorman was beyond rude and he required us to follow a different process to access the building than the instructions.
