Great location within Venice, very comfortable, great AC.

− Getting to the location with suitcases was not easy, but that is true about almost everything in Venice. Had to take a private water taxi from Marco Polo airport and it was very expensive.

La ubicación y el apartamento en general, bonito y muy limpio, fueron muy amables al guardarnos los equipajes antes de hora, el personal muy educado

− El apartamento tiene varios puntos muy positivos: la ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y con un supermercado justo al lado. Es amplio, cuenta con aire acondicionado y ofrece la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje antes , lo cual resulta muy cómodo. Sin embargo, la experiencia se ve muy perjudicada por el sofá cama. Es de muy mala calidad e incómodo, hasta el punto de afectar al descanso. Además, me sorprendió que cobren un suplemento por utilizar el sofá cama, cuando forma parte del alojamiento. Considero que, si se ofrece como plaza para dormir, debería estar en buenas condiciones y no implicar un coste adicional. En general, el apartamento tiene mucho potencial por su ubicación y comodidades, pero el estado del sofá cama y el cargo extra por su uso hacen que la relación calidad-precio no sea la esperada.

Great location! We were close to restaurants and places to shop for supplies. The apartment was right on a canal, so water taxis were readily available. The apartment was spacious, with large bedrooms. The kitchen was completely furnished. The beds were comfortable, with nice pillows and linens.

− We had arranged for a private transfer from the airport that was supposed to drop us right at the apartment. Instead, we were dropped several streets over and had to take our luggage up and down several sets of steps.

The location of the property is excellent. It is right by the Santa Maria Formosa church which is close enough to the main areas but farther away from the busy crowds. From this location we could walk to the Dosoduro and Castello neighborhoods within 15-20 minutes but also within a 5 min walk to the basilica. There is a Coop grocery store just around the corner which was great along with many food options just a short walk away. In the heat wave, we really appreciated functional AC and and comfortable beds. The dishwasher, washer and dryer were both very handy to have. Mario kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time and Paolo met us to hand us the keys and give us instructions about the property.

− It was really nice to have two full bathrooms in the apartment but the showers could use a little upkeep. The property was otherwise clean and tidy.

− Nothing
