10.0Olivia is very flexible and answers any issues almost immediately. We came in late and she was available to open location and made sure we were good.

3.0it is an apartment which can cook
− the kitchen utensils is scaring to used, basin lots of ants, the corner of the room is dirty, the toilet basin is very small to wash face, during booking required to put number of people but when they gave coffee only good for two, water bottle and breakfast only for two persons , no toilet tissue provided . frying pan is non stick but can’t used sure the middle already had burnt surface .
The unit is safe/secured because it is gated.
7.0Place is very clean/neat. Host provided breakfast for two BUT I signed up for three Guests.
− Host DID NOT provide a roll Of toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the 2 bathrooms.
