9.0Simple apt that meets or exceeds all your needs. Fully stocked kitchen. Minimart just steps away. Supermarket and an amazing Caribbean restaurant one block away that you can walk to. Quite nice location near everything. I walked to the bigger part of town easily. Tons of things to do that are a cheep Uber away. The family that you rent from is just lovely and full of joy. They also hooked me up with a personal farm tour with the owner and got me a ride back to San Jose. Recommended
