A limpeza e o espaço interior

− O espaço exterior não pode ser utilizado um único dia e as imagens das fotos do anúncio não correspondem à realidade. É uma fraude. Esperávamos uma casa com acesso à praia, que não existe, e um espaço exterior com vista mar, que não tem condições de utilização. O proprietário nada fez para minimizar as condições.

We loved our stay, the people in Dana Point are lovely, the beach and convenience were amazing!

We loved the location, beautiful view, the space was perfect for our family and convenient to Dana Point and the highways.

− The sand box was in bad repair due to high tides but it also was misleading by the photos because it looked as if you not only use the sandbox to sit and enjoy but also could climb down the ladder and have the beach to walk along. There is rock shore but the erosion of the beach made it impossible to spend time there. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the property very much but that was not how the property was advertised on the photos.

Absolutely everything! We were 5 women and with the on premise security we felt very safe. The place was spotless on arrival. It is a beautiful home obviously well taken care of. Then you walk out the sliding patio doors past the deck and 10 feet in front of you is the freaking ocean! I listened and watched those waves day and night. It has a way of “putting you in your place” I arrived sad with grief from a couple tragedies in my family, when I left of course there was grief but there was also a calming peace that I haven’t had in 5 months. I had to speak with the owner a couple times and he was very nice and accommodating . I will do commercials for this place and I’m already saving for next year. This is a must for all, you won’t be sorry. Worth every penny! Kim Dalla
