8.0The modernist style was nice.
− Seemed to be cleaned quickly and things were not put away properly. For example the vacuum and baby seat felt as though they were misplaced.

10.0Overall a great stay, we enjoyed it. Positioned close to the main restaurant area in North Hobart. Beds comfy, tidy. The air conditioner was making a loud noise (advised owner) Parking - Street parking, we manage to get a spot outside the Accommodation about 95% of the time, otherwise you just have to wait until after 6pm then U can move your car.

− TV was crap and needs updating Off road parking was poor and nigh on impossible to park an average size SUV Lock to retrieve key needs maintenance.

7.0On first arrival was a bit confusing as to which was the apartment as you are in an electrians yard. However don't let this put you off as the apartment is great inside. It is extremely quiet considering you are on a main road and close to supermarket and also a short walk to the harbour. The kitchen area is a little dark but there is plenty of lighting. Would stay again.

8.0The location is amazing, walking distance to so many great restaurants and hotels. Felt vey private and secure even though it's located on a busy road.
