− Property was not very clean nor utensils etc in kitchen, 2 toilet rolls for 6 adults and 1 child, no locks on bathrooms also basement bathroom and bedroom very damp and smelly, Property could do with a deep clean and sort out basement bedroom/bathroom
Pretty poor experience
4.0Location and on street parking great. Small convenience store at the end of the street which was handy. Plenty of room.
− The property was not very clean, damp in one of the bedrooms and one bathroom (in the basement), heating didn't work, lots of bulbs either missing or not working, attic blind had no clips so was pointless, the oven was filthy and not cleaned. We had to fix the kitchen tap ourselves even though we were assured that it would be fixed following reporting it. The bins were over flowing, garden very overgrown. I could go on! Just a warning: on a Friday and Saturday night the pub a few doors away had extremely loud music, especially in the summer when you need the windows open! All issues reported whilst at the property. The bins were collected and the plumber had been for the heating but that was it. Very disappointed as we were there for 8 nights. Photos were sent to the management company of all the issues during our stay.
Well-managed, clean and tidy property
8.0Clean, tidy house. The management company tended to our requests promptly and sorted out extra towels and bedding. For the price we paid, we were happy with this property for the two nights we stayed.
− Perhaps the cutlery and crockery needs topping up. Only five pot mugs for seven guests, for example. Did not bother asking for more as we managed, perhaps needs looking at. One of the bathrooms could do with a proper shower wall attachment fitting and a proper shower enclosure. With only two bathrooms, it was restrictive, so creating a proper 2nd shower upstairs would easily improve this.

10.0House very spacious and clean nice little garden to sit shops and a take away around the corner and the local people are lovely not far from the aberfan memorial and local trails for walking and the taff River
