7.0The location was great—plenty of amenities like a stove, sink, and coffee/tea provided. However, we were charged a $250 deposit upfront plus an $85 cleaning fee, which felt unnecessary since we had to do all the cleaning ourselves. The price wasn’t extremely high, but it didn’t feel fair. Also, we arrived at 8 p.m., and no on-site staff were available to guide us. The website had issues processing the deposit, and we couldn’t get the entry code. If they offer this kind of self-check-in, they really need backup support, especially at night, so someone should always be on-call.

9.0Excellent studio at Blue Mountain. North Creek resort is cozy with awesome amenities. Incredibly comfortable bed and pull out couch and simple but more than sufficient kitchen appliances and utensils. A little tight for 3 men with ski gear but doable and still comfortable.
− There is not anything I did not like about the property, however, I hesitate to call it a ski-in/out condo as one of the private ski clubs is in between Blue Mountain and North Creek resort. Also since the north end of Blue mountain closes around 4:30 a shuttle is necessary to get from the resort to Blue Mountain after that point. However, shuttle access was a breeze. During the times the north end of the mountain was open, the walk to the lift from the condo took 5-10 minutes with your gear cutting through the ski club.

7.0check in was smooth. nice property
− -response to issue with stove not working was morning after / got home late from work 9pm -host did not send someone to fix issue - expected i take apart the stove and put it back together -noisy neighbours above with kids. understand summer, but hard for work night sleeps
