− Some items needed washed before use eg cup. I was told no smoking inside or out yet all the other rooms had ashtrays outside front door, perhaps owned by other people, I respected it anyway
Quiet, tidy and simple

− Was a bit hard to find the right place. Couldn't see a number from the street or the number for the flat. Luckily some neighbours helped us

− Driveway was a bit narrow - couldn’t fit our rental van that we had booked so had to park on the road which was an Inconvenience when you have 3 young kids. Shampoo and dishwashing liquid were diluted and watery. Also, strange not being able to lock the toilet/bathroom door.
