9.0Ruhige Wohnung im Zentrum von Saremo. Mit Lift und modern. Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze zwischen dem touristischen und dem Sanremo der Einheimischen. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, vor allem die Weinbar in derselben Straße.
− Schwierig, vor dem Haus auszuladen Es muss in der Regel jemand beim Auto bleiben.. In der Nähe befindet sich ein sehr gutes Oarkhaus am Anfang der Straße.

9.0Majitelka velmi příjemná, snadná domluva při příjezdu. Dobře vybavený byt, ideální poloha kousek od pláže a hlavního náměstí. V blízkosti se nachází několik obchodů s potravinami, mnoho restaurací. Klimatizace, výtah, vše čisté. Parkovací dům 2min od bytu.
− Hluk z okolních bytů, ale to je typické pro domy v jižní Evropě. Nic, co by člověk nečekal.

10.0Location was fantastic, close to the beach and the center and the apartment was super quiet. Super clean , well stocked and comfortable bed/ pillows. There is a market open 24 hrs around the corner, a fantastic pizza place . The beaches nearby are sandy and clean. We had the best time , thank you for your hospitality!

5.0Mostly a perfectly pleasant centrally located apartment. There was no outlook of any sort, detrimental for some. Clean and quite well equipped.
− Unfortunately, we have had to downgrade. There seemed to be no sound insulation and on our first night the noise from (we assumed) the apartment above was quite extraordinary, throughout the night, preventing any of the three of us from sleeping. We nearly then checked-out early, but had no other choice. The second night was much quieter, though still voluminous at times. Additionally, the beds were OK, but on the uncomfortable side I would say.
