− Lower shelf of the cabinet could not open. There was no access to the mugs. Call them and they said that the problem will be solved by the cleaner. Till check out time, no cleaner came and solve our problem. Air con leaked in the 3rd bedroom. Technician came and repaired. Bedsheet and blanket were wet . Requested for a dry bedsheet and blanket, denied request cos the cleaner handle all linen. No cleaner, no linen.
