6.0It was comfortable and well located.
− The fire alarms had been removed. There were no instructions on how to control the heating it was all over the place. There is no air conditioning. The kitchen floor is a trip hazard. I contacted the people who just gave me platitudes. Photos do not show how small the house is, and as a disabled traveller, it caused me a lot of concern

10.0So much better than a hotel room, The staff were on hand quickly for a unforeseen small issue and was fixed promptly, would definitely stay again when visiting UK.
