− We couldn’t find the spare set of sheets for the sofa bed so had to donate a bunch of blankets: not a huge issue though!

4.0− The toilet seat was broken and the seat was unusable. The square toilet seat was too tiring to use. I prefer a round toilet seat.
Great for what we needed moving our daughter out of her flat. Close to Tesco and FarmHouse.
8.0Close to university of Warwick, Farmhouse restaurant and can walk to Tesco Canon Park. Place was clean and freshly updated. Perfect short stay.
