Super location, very comfortable and big for a London apartment - value for money

The apartment is roomy and very comfortable. The bedrooms are a great size and the three bathrooms makes travelling with friends / couples super easy. The location was ideal - walking distance to tubes, gardens, shopping - and was easy to reach from Heathrow - even with luggage. The kitchen was well equipped and provided the essentials. Walking distance (4mins) to a local pub which served cold beer and great food!!

− Bathrooms and towels could use a little attention. The kitchen would benefit from a 'clean out' of some of the pantry items and some additional tea towels and basics.

The location is fantastic and the apartment is spacious.

− The host was terrible; slow to respond and did not solve our problem, of not having any warm water in the apartment for 2 days.
