Great place to stay
10.0Very clean and tidy.So close to the beach.Biscuits as a gift when we arrived which was a nice touch.Toiket rolls and towels all provided which was nice.
− Unfortunately some of the windows do not open which was horrendous in the heat.We ordered a fan which did help.

Stylish, comfortable apartment
10.0Had a wonderful one‑night stay here. The apartment is beautifully and stylishly designed, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach — and having on‑site parking was a real bonus. A perfect base for a relaxed night away.
− Nothing we didn’t like. It was just extra hot because of the heatwave.

9.0The location is fantastic, the facilities are great and Ros and Mel couldn't be any more helpful....a lovely little flat with everything you could need, big smart TV, washing machine, full kitchen. It's minutes from what is contender for UKs best beach. Easy to get to using public transport, the bus stop is right outside. Its nicely decorated and it was clean. The sofas are super comfy... I fell asleep on them almost every night watching a movie. They left me bread and milk which was nice, loads of tea and coffee. Hot water wasn't working and so they sent a plumber to fix it no problems or questions asked. The neighbours are really friendly and always stopped for a chat. Love it here. I hope I get to visit again, possibly for a longer stay... it's one of my favourite booking.com finds
− A little freezer box would be nice, just big enough for ice and a tub of ice-cream! Bath panel needs fixing Someone has broken the table(not me) I was a little scared to put weight on it just incase.

9.0The location was fantastic - less than 5 minute walk from the beach - and great for getting to other areas such as the nature reservces and Rye and Hastings. I used the bus mostly which came through once an hour. The host was very responsive when I had an issue at the start with WiFi not working. She was miraculously able to sort that out that evening.
− I could have benefited from some instructions for appliances, and the utensils available were a bit of a struggle, otherwise I had a wonderful stay.
