3.0La habitación muy bien piscina muy bonita
− No hay nadie que atienda en el hotel presencialmente. Me hicieron esperar 1 hora en la madrugada y con lluvia para poder ingresar al hotel. Solicité apoyo con algo que necesitaba en el hotel y no me lo brindaron. Deberían de mejorar en colocar una persona que esté pendiente de los huéspedes. Para mi entrada llame más de 15 veces y nunca contestaron. Son varios dueños dentro del hotel. Me resolvió el dueño de otras habitaciones y me brindó apoyo al 100% pero la persona principal nunca contestó hasta la hora que me escribió otra persona.
