Die Gartenanlage mit Pool und Jacuzzi und insgesamt die Ausstattung des Hauses
− Die Lage ist zwar direkt am Meer und damit wunderschön, jedoch geht die Straße direkt am Haus vorbei und der Garten ist damit von allen Seiten einsichtig.
