1.0− Unterkunft hatte einen extrem Schimmelbefall und ist weit unter dem europäischem Standard (außer preislich). Im ganzen Appartment roch es nach Chlor und Schimmel. Der Schimmel wurde immer nur übermalt, generell ist es im Appartment extrem feucht und das Appartment ist von außen eine Bruchbude.
