Poor booking system
1.0I can't say that I liked anything as we didn't end up staying
− The host unfortunately had double booked our stay and didn't realise until I had been messaging her when we were due to arrive looking for the key safe code. We were almost at Liverpool having travelled from Scotland and had to scramble to secure somewhere else to stay extremely last minute. She did apologise and organised a refund from booking.com as soon as she was able

10.0I must admit when we arrived on Sunday 21st we we a bit shocked on the area but once we opened the door we were very happy. So spacious for 3 people.. We enjoyed our stay.
− The area was rundown but on reflection it didn't spoil are stay..

7.0Location, close to Anfield for a concert, easy check in via a lock box, nice and clean.
− It was advertised as ‘On-site parking, Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed), Street parking, Accessible parking’ and we only chose it to be close to Anfield for a concert. It was disappointing to find out at the last minute that we wouldn’t be able to park nearby and had a 31 minute walk to the alternative offered. One bathroom for 4 double rooms was surprising.
We really enjoyed our stay as it was a good base for our requirements
