Excelente la ubicación, a metros de la playa. Contaba con secador de pelo. José Mauricio fue muy atento, respondió a todas las consultas. Cuenta con un mercado y farmacia a media cuadra. El sector de playa es muy lindo.

− Tiene aire acondicionado solo en la habitación. El espacio de la cocina y estar son muy calurosos y eso que estuvimos en el mes de julio. Cuenta con ventilador de pie. No cuenta con los utensilios necesarios para poder cocinar en el departamento. Al estar tan cerca de la costa se sienten mucho los ruidos externos, de personas y autos. Cuenta con una pileta pequeña en la terraza, pero no pudimos utilizarla. No cuenta con pava para poder calentar agua.

Amei tudo! A localização é o ponto alto da hospedagem é simplesmente fantástico, se for pra curtir a praia de Pajucara e a de Ponta Verde, pode deixar o carro estacionado e fazer tudo a pé, 10 mins pra direita roda gigante e espaço de lazer, se for para a esquerda tem feirinha de artesanato as 2 principais, praia de Ponta Verde e todos os pontos turísticos emblemáticos da Orla, farmácia tem pra escolher, supermercado com almoco, café da manhã e jantar, é vizinho a bodega do sertão... ou seja a localização melhor impossível... E quanto ao apartamento acomoda bem 4 pessoas, mesmo com 1 qrt o sofá-cama novo acomoda mais 2 pessoas ou colchão, apartamento nao tem muitos móveis, mas o suficiente para não faltar nada, desde limpeza como utensílios de cozinha, micro-ondas, chuveiro elétrico, ar condicionado tudo em perfeito estado... e a limpeza... tudo impecável... ao entrar o cheirinho de limpeza e o cheiro da roupa de cama era de fazer gosto! Amei tudo! E o anfitrião e os funcionários muito solícitos e esclarecem todas as dúvidas com cuidado, atenção e principalmente com honestidade. Voltaria com certeza...

− Senti falta apenas de uma tv no quarto... mas nem de longe eu deixaria de indicar a acomodação por isso!

A localização é perfeita. As comodidades do apartamento são ótimas. Dá vontade de morar lá… Perto da praia, mercados, bares, restaurantes e farmácias.

− O barulho das máquinas dos comércios ao redor atrapalha um pouco. Sabe-se que isso não tem nada a ver com o apartamento, mas é algo a ser pontuado.
