1.0Location and price
− the unacceptable and uninhabitable condition of the property upon arrival. After checking in, it became immediately apparent that the room was not as advertised and was unsuitable for occupancy. The room had extensive water damage to the ceiling caused by multiple leaks, resulting in a strong moldy odor throughout the accommodation. In addition, the room had not been properly cleaned and had an overall foul smell that made it impossible to stay there. I immediately notified the hotel staff of these issues and requested alternative accommodations. The staff showed us additional rooms; however, they were in the same poor condition, with similar water damage, moldy odors, and lack of cleanliness. Because none of the available rooms met basic standards of cleanliness or habitability, we declined to stay at the property. The hotel staff acknowledged the condition of the accommodations and advised us to request a refund. They indicated they were willing to assist with the refund process. However, because the reservation was made through Booking.com, they informed us that only I could initiate the cancellation request through the booking platform. I made multiple attempts to contact Booking.com by calling the available customer service numbers and sending an email requesting assistance.

− Run down, towels could be replaced. Rooms need refresh. No hot water in shower
Too many problems, but staff were great.
1.0The staff were amazing. Very professional and attentive.
− I was really disappointed with the aging facilities.The actual hotel is bordering on dump. A/C was barely working, Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, stained towels and sheets, shower head and toilet flush had very low pressure, mold on ceilings throughout the hotel.
