1.0− We booked this accommodation on booking.com, and received confirmation that the accommodation was booked. Upon arrival, the owner said that the accommodation was available, but not at the address indicated in the booking. During the conversation, the owner of the accommodation was very rude, angry, shouted at me why I was talking to him in English, not Romanian, accused me of not being able to call my English number from Romania to England. As a result, he canceled the booking, and we had to look for a new accommodation. I am very disappointed with this attitude towards me as a client, this is unacceptable. Since the accommodation is listed on booking.com, the owner must be prepared for the fact that there may be clients from other countries who do not speak Romanian, and moreover, calling another country can be a problem, for this there are other means of communication - what's up, mail, viber, telegram, with which you can quickly call, or write directly through booking. I do not recommend this accommodation at all. So RUDE attitude to the client. It was really harmful to me.
