Όμορφο σπίτι
9.0Το σπίτι ήταν όμορφο άνετο για δύο άτομα όπως εμείς . Το air-condition έκανε καλή δουλειά και επιπλέον υπήρχαν στις οροφές δύο ανεμιστήρες που όμως δεν χρειάστηκαν . Η Νεάπολη είναι όμορφη και μπορείς να κάνεις με βάση αυτήν εκδρομή στα Κύθηρα και στο Ελαφονήσι. Εστιατόρια υπάρχουν πολλά όπως και μέρη για να πεις ποτά και καφε . Η θάλασσα είναι καθαρή . Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό
− Δεν υπήρχε τηλεόραση αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε αυτό γιατί ήταν γάτες οι μέρες μας . Το wifi δεν έπιανε καλά είχαμε όμως καλή σύνδεση από τα δικά μας κινητά .

− Bedroom was basic. Could do with a more comfortable mattress and bedside tables. Both the plastic shower heads need replacing as water shoots out the side of them.

− Nichts, alles wunderbar. Wenn überhaupt was zu wünschen wäre, dann eine Garderobe für Jacken etc und ein Spiegel ausserhalb des Badezimmers
Mi aspettavo un'assistenza più attenta da Booking, visto che sono un buon cliente da tanti anni!!

− Io, mia moglie e mio figlio di 12 anni siamo arrivati verso mezzanotte ed abbiamo trovato la casa non pulita, letto sfatto, asciugamani sporchi e nessuna risposta dall'host. Abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza di Booking e non hanno fatto nulla se non registrare il reclamo. Ho dovuto cercare io un hotel per la notte e fortunatamente, dopo varie telefonate, ne ho trovato uno. L'host ha risposto solo dopo qualche giorno e si è limitata a rimborsare il prezzo già pagato. Booking non ha fatto alcun tipo di intervento per compensare la differenza di prezzo che ho dovuto pagare per l'albergo trovato in emergenza all'una di notte e non mi risulta abbia fatto nulla anche verso l'host.

10.0Πολύ καθαρό και ευρύχωρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις και πλυντήριο, δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ και ΑΤΜ.
− Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού θα προτιμούσα να ήταν καλύτερο.
