− La pulizia dei locali era pessima. Abbiamo chiesto a Marco ed Ilenia di poter usufruire dell'immobile prima delle 15:00 (orario previsto per il check in) e ci è stata negata giustificando il diniego con la necessità di "igienizzare" i locali utilizzati in precedenza da altri ospiti. Al nostro arrivo (dopo le 15:00), essendoci cattivo odore ed avendo notato sporcizia all'esterno ed all'interno della casa, oltre che nel frigorifero, peraltro rotto, ci siamo lamentati con il Sig. Marco che, confermando che la pulizia non era stata effettuata quello stesso giorno, ci ha proposto uno "sconto" di 200€ con la seguente modalità: chiedere a booking la disdetta che loro ci avrebbero concesso, con conseguente pagamento in contanti della quota al netto dello sconto. Bugiardi ed anche potenziali evasori e truffatori!!! La loro fortuna è la regione presso cui lavorano...la Sardegna sempre BELLISSIMA!
