3.0Mehr Schein als Sein. Lage ist gut, ruhig am Ortsrand. Keller für die Fahrräder vorhanden, bei ebikes für meine sportliche Frau allerdings zu viele Stufen. Nette Außenanlage mit Strandkörben laden zum Verweilen . Für Radtouristen sehr gut, weil in beiden Richtungen attraktive Strecken warten. Allerdings nicht für Rennräder!
− Fotos täuschen! Unsre Wohnung war verwohnt. Fenster wurden vor Monaten zuletzt geputzt, mit Spinnennetzen innen! Fotos vorhanden! Es gibt Stechmückenprobleme! Im Bad, Handtuchstange lag abmontiert in der Ecke. Kochfeldränder verrostet. Eine Clopapierrolle, bereits in Gebrauch gewesen, zweilagig! Wie geizig ist es, keine weiteren auszulegen, 2 tabs für den Geschirrspüler, je ein Bade und Handtuch für die Woche, eine einzige Mülltüte, wow :-( . Keine öfftl. rechtl. TV Programme (ARD zdf), lediglich etwa 7 Sender zu empfangen die eben nicht in HD ausgestrahlt werden. KEINE Rauchmelder im gesamten Bereich! Tür zum Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Dusche mit zahlreichen, braunen Stockflecken. Minimale Besteckauswahl, 4 Messer/Gabeln. Parkplatzsituation nicht gut, 1. recht weit bis zur Wohnung, bei Regen Festfahren möglich wg. weichem Grasuntergrund. Wie gesagt, man sieht die Bilder, denkt wow und ist dann enttäuscht. Letztlich passt dadurch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Auch wohnt der 'Verwalter' der 3Häuser/12!Wohnungen nicht vor Ort. Die Mülltonnen standen nach Leerung Tage herum. Vilmnitz selbst bietet nichts.
